To Make Ends Meat 結束肉 chronicles the closure of a Chinese-style sausage factory through the eyes of one of its workers, Chung Ho. When the property is sold, he begins to reflect on his memories as an employee of Wing Wing Co., and to reconsider his place in Chinatown.
